In-person personal training is held at 1655 Taraval Street, San Francisco, CA 94116.

(Not affiliated with Raise the Bar Fitness gym.)

Who do you usually work with?

Mostly but not limited to desk-bound professionals, seniors, and beginners who want to build strength, build muscle, prevent injury, lose fat, and move pain free in the Parkside, Sunset, West Portal, Saint Francis Woods area in San Francisco.

How do training packages work?

All training packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, giving you flexibility while staying accountable.

What happens during your consultation & fitness assessment?

Your consultation is designed to set you up for long-term success.

We’ll cover:

  • Your goals and the most effective strategy to reach them
  • Health, fitness, and injury history
  • Body weight, body fat, and measurements
  • A physical assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and movement patterns
  • A realistic training schedule that fits your lifestyle
  • Time to address any questions or concerns

This allows me to create a fully customized training plan tailored specifically to you.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in one session forfeited
  • No refunds for online coaching
